Particle filter
For our cartridge filters, we differentiate between three areas:
gas filters, particle filters and combined filters.
The gas filters protect against vapours of organic
compounds with a boiling point higher than 65 °C (A),
inorganic gases and vapours (B) sulphur dioxide
(E) and ammonia (K).
Our product range includes filters that individually cover all power ranges as well as
a multi-purpose filter that
covers the entire power ranges (A, B, E and K)
simultaneously.
All our cartridge filters - gas filters correspond to the gas filter class
1.
The particle filters are divided into three classes.
Particle filters of protection class P1 protect against smoke,
mist and dusts of inert substances.
Particle filters of protection class P2 protect against smoke,
mist and dusts of inert substances.
Particle filters of the protection class P3 protect against smoke,
mist and dusts of toxic substances.
Our product range offers you cartridge filters for the
protection classes P2 and P3.
Combined filters combine the protection of a gas and particle filter in one product
.
cartridge filters can only be used in combination with a filter adapter
on face pieces with thread connector
connection.
respiratory protection filter
The protection objective of supplying the wearer of a respirator with pure breathing air is achieved
by filtering the harmful substances by means of a gas, particle or combined filters. Filtering devices
can remove and store certain pollutants from the ambient atmosphere
within the limits of their separative or absorption capacity depending on the filtering type.
