Respiratory protection hood resistant to chemicals, with face- and head protection
The breathing protection hood BARILINE HH combines respiratory protection with combinatorial PPE in one device. The system provides head protection according to EN 397, face protection according to the requirements of EN 166 and extensive chemical protection.
The disposable hood cover, optionally made of the established Tychem F rating or the newly-developed CLP material, is particularly easy to change and makes cleaning and disinfection after use unnecessary.
The compressed air-line breathing apparatus BARILINE HH has been tested and certified according to DIN EN 14594 Class 3B. The occupational health check G 26 is limited to Group I.
BARILINE HH operates with a continuous air flow which can be adjusted individually via a control valve. The exhaled air flows out into the ambient air together with the unnecessary air excess. It is not possible for the device to fall below the required minimum volume flow due to the design.
Additionally, a warning device is integrated on the control valve which can be heard when falling below the minimum volume flow.

Compressed air-line breathing apparatuses offer the most comprehensive protection against damaging ambient conditions. The required
breatheable air is supplied to the face piece via supply hoses i.e. the users move in a defined operating range
during work which is limited by the hose lengths.
The breatheable air is provided from compressed-air networks or compressors. In this way, long operating times can be
achieved.
